I rate it a positive experience because the seller was very gracious and quickly refunded me for the item. Unfortunately, I received the item with a busted open box and the bowl was shattered inside. This was not because it was packaged poorly. In fact the seller package it very well. It appeared as though USPS literally launched this box and damaged the contents. Be that as it may I would use this seller again as it was neither her fault nor mine for the damage.
